- Workshop and toolkit engagements: Organisation name, contact person name, email, and phone number for scheduling and follow-up purposes.
- Website usage data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and visit timestamps. Collected automatically when you visit our website.

Legal basis: We process personal data on the basis of your consent (where you have submitted a form or agreed to cookies), performance of a service agreement, or our legitimate interest in operating a safe and functional website and service delivery process. We operate in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
3. How We Use Your Data
- Responding to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
- Scheduling and delivering the service you have booked (drop-in passes, workshop series, toolkit engagements).
- Sending post-session follow-up messages as part of the drop-in pass service.
- Sending payment confirmations and receipts.
- Improving our services based on anonymised feedback data.
- Complying with legal obligations under Malaysian law.
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing communications unless you have specifically opted in. We do not share personal data with third-party advertisers.

- Restricted access to personal data — only team members who need it for service delivery can access it.
- Session notes and contact records are stored securely and not accessible to unauthorised parties.
Data retention: Contact form data and session notes are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted unless there is an ongoing service relationship. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required under Malaysian financial record-keeping rules.
